Specialising in content creation for digital marketing, I’ve worked on social media and digital projects, from an eCommerce site to content on demand for external organisations. I have also built templates and subscriber journey’s for eDMs.

Social media.

I have worked in-depth with several social media accounts to create a seamless customer experience. Learning the importance of always using an authentic voice during social media interactions. That a brand’s social pages are their own newsroom, they never sleep and require a respectful level of honesty and audience participation. Social Media is a great way of engaging with potential customers and getting those elusive click-throughs to sites.

Analytics & reporting.

Creating the right balance of advertising is no easy feat. I’ve learned how to select channels and ad types to reach custom audiences. There is so much digital noise out there, so it’s important to stick to your primary objectives to gain cut-through.

Analytics

Probably my favourite digital tool, Google Analytics. Here I can review up to date metrics and look at optimising a customer’s journey throughout a website from paid advertising (paid search, social media etc). It is also a great way to make site improvements by instantly being able to check bounce rates and see what is or is not working.

Reporting

I enjoy measuring the effectiveness of a paid ad campaign. It is important to review campaign data and present it in an easy to ready way for team analysis & future optimisation.
